Yurii Dzhus is a fencing coach and former international competitor with over a decade of experience at the highest levels of the sport. A member of the Ukrainian National Foil Team from 2012 to 2022, Yurii spent five years on the Senior squad, representing his country at World Championships, European Championships, and World Cups. His athletic career is highlighted by multiple national titles, including 1st Place at the 2019 Ukrainian National Senior Championships.

Currently a coach at Maximum Fencing Club, Yurii specializes in both Foil and Epee. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Coaching and a prestigious R1 National Category officiating rank with USA Fencing.

Under his leadership at Maximum Fencing, Yurii has mentored athletes to numerous national and international medals. As a coach, he is deeply committed to the growth and development of his athletes, emphasizing motivation, technical mastery, and competitive excellence. Dedicated to advancing his professional expertise, Mr. Dzhus continues to refine his skills and expand his contributions to the fencing community.
