Sergii Shkalikov is a Saber coach registered with USA Fencing.

‍

Prior to relocating to the United States, he served as the Head Coach of the Ukrainian National Fencing Team, leading the senior squad for six years and the cadet and junior teams for three years.

‍

As a distinguished athlete, Mr. Shkalikov was a top fencer for the Ukrainian National Team, achieving multiple victories at Senior World Cups as well as at the World and European Championships in cadet and junior categories. In addition to his competitive career, he served for six years as an International Fencing Referee (FIE).

Sergii holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fencing Coaching and Physical Education Teaching from the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine.

With his extensive experience as both an elite competitor and a national team head coach, Mr. Shkalikov brings exceptional expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to developing the next generation of saber athletes.
